Center staff can assist in the professional search for administrative staff. We can assist in forming a interview/review team, revising (or developing) a position description, developing an interview protocol, communicating with applicants, utilizing objective evaluation criteria, conducting preliminary review of credentials, and conducting interviews with the team.
