Randolph Township - Building Rentals

Randolph Township has three rooms available for rent. The recently remodeled Town Hall, the Randolph Community Center, and the Randolph Senior Center, all located at 1639 St Rt 44. Restrooms are provided.

The Town Hall has a Kitchen with two Microwaves, Sink, Refrigerator and Serving Counter...scroll down for pictures and a video.

The Community and Senior Centers share a common Kitchen that has a Stove (with oven), Sink, Microwave, two Refrigerators and serving counters. Click to see larger image.

Randolph Township also has a Pavilion at the Township Ball Fields that is available for picnics. The Pavilion is located at 3636 Waterloo Road. The Pavilion is available mainly on Sundays due to the use by the Hot Stove Baseball and Soccer Teams on Saturdays while they are in season. The following fees were established at the township Organizational Meeting:

Meetings in the all rental halls: Resident - $50.00; Non-resident - $75.00
Party in Community or Senior Center: Resident - $75.00; Non-resident - $150.00
Party in Town Hall: Resident - $100.00; Non-resident - $200.00
Ball Field Pavilion: Residents only - $25.00
