The Randolph Township Administration Building is located at 3636 Waterloo Road. This complex includes the Moyer ball field and walking track. The Township Road Department is located here.

The Zoning Inspector's office is also located in the Township Administration Building and open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and by appointment.

The Randolph Town Hall at 1639 St. Rt. #44 is temporarily under renovation and not available for rent.

Randolph Community and Senior Centers, the left side is the senior center seating 50-70 people and the right side is the community center seating 100-120 people. These rooms are available to rent. Contact the Zoning Department for prices and availability.

The Portage County District Library Randolph Branch is housed in this building owned by Randolph Township adjacent to the town hall and utilities, Maintenance are shared by the Portage County Library and the Trustees.
