• The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month with exception to June, July, August and December which are held on the second Tuesday for those months. The meetings will be held at the Township Office, 1616 Moorefield Road, at 6:00 PM.

• Shelter house reservations may be made beginning January 1, 2010. Call the Township office at 390-9972.

• Portable basketball goals must be moved out of the roadway, making sure no part of the goal or rim overhangs the street beyond the curb. This is to minimize liability for the homeowner and also avoids damage to Township trucks and equipment.

• Leaf collection will end Monday, November 23, 2009. Please have all leaves curbsite by 7:00 a.m. November 23 to guarantee removal
.
• Snow and ice removal season is quickly approaching. Please keep in mind a couple hints to facilitate the road clearing process. Whenever possible, please remove parked cars from the street when snow is expected to help avoid being plowed in. Also be sure that all portable basketball goals are well clear of the roadway to prevent damage to township equipment. As always, please be patient, our trucks will clean your street as soon possible.
