• The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month with exception to June, July, August and December which are held on the second Tuesday for those months. The meetings will be held at the Township Office, 1616 Moorefield Road, at 6:00 PM.

• Shelter house reservations may be made beginning January 1, 2008. Call the Township office at 390-9972.

• Portable basketball goals must be moved out of the roadway, making sure no part of the goal or rim overhangs the street beyond the curb. This is to minimize liability for the homeowner and also avoids damage to Township trucks and equipment.

• Brush removal is currently underway. The service will continue through the summer and will end the last Monday of September.
