ZoningThe Zoning Inspector is the first level of contact for the public. Helping people to understand Zoning requirements and to properly complete applications are the primary responsibilities. The Township Zoning Inspector (an appointee of the Board of Township Trustees) receives, reviews and approves or denies, applications for zoning permits, variances, conditional uses, and non-conforming use status. The Township Zoning Inspector is part-time. Usually, an on-site property inspection is a helpful part of the application procedure. Call 419-938-7211 to schedule an appointment. |
