Applying
for a Variance:
A variance is a relaxation of requirements where such variances will not
be contrary to the public interest and where owing to conditions peculiar
to the property and not the result of actions of the applicant, a literal
enforcement of this Resolution would result in unnecessary and undue hardship.
Please contact the Zoning Inspector to obtain or complete forms,
pay fees,
or with any questions you may have. |
You will need:
- Site/ plot plan drawn to scale for any buildings to
be used. Plot maps can be obtained from the County Tax Map Office located
in the basement
of the courthouse.
- An application form for a Variance. This application
may be obtained
from the Zoning Inspector or viewed
on-line.

- The Variance Application must be turned in to the Zoning
Inspector along with the fees scheduled by the Township Trustees.
The Board
of Zoning Appeals will notify you when the date has been set for
the hearing.
