Applying
for a Conditional Use:
A Conditional Use is a use which is subject to approval by the Board of
Zoning Appeals. A conditional use may be granted by the Board when there
is a specified provision for such exception made in this Resolution.
You will need:
- Site/ plot plan drawn to scale for any buildings to
be used. Plot maps can be obtained from the County Tax Map Office located
in the basement
of the courthouse.
- An application form for a conditional use. This application
may be
obtained from the Zoning Inspector or viewed
on-line.

- The Conditional Use Application must be turned in
to the Zoning Inspector along with the fees scheduled by the Township
Trustees. The
Board of
Zoning Appeals will notify you when the date has been set for
the hearing.
