Annual Spring Trash Bash
The Morrow County Health Department once again is sponsoring the Annual Trash Bash in April. Members from several 4-H groups and township volunteers have already walked the township roads and picked up the litter that has accumulated over the winter months. The trustees send a big thanks to all who helped and to residents who pick up litter and maintain the roadsides near their homes. That extra effort is very much appreciated as it reduces the cost and time for mowing the township roads.

Township Building Available to Canaan Township Groups
The township office building  is available to township residents wishing a place for a meeting of a club, group, or family get-together. The building will accommodate approximately 30-35 people, and there are limited facilities for preparation of light refreshments. There is no charge to township residents for the use of the facility. You can reserve the building by contacting any of the township officials.
