Instructions:

For each item you would like to register for, please enter the quantity
and hit the "Add to Cart" button. You will be automatically
redirected to the Shopping Cart page.

If
you would like to register for multiple items, you will need to select
"Continue Shopping" from the Shopping Cart page.

Once
you have all items selected and in your Shopping Cart, hit the "Check
Out" button.

From
there, you will be taken to a secure server to enter your registration
information and to process your credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard
are accepted) thru VeriSign.

You
must have a valid e-mail address in order to register online. You
will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

We
recommend that you also print out a copy of your order confirmation
for your records.

Please
submit a separate registration form for each registrant. All registrants
must be entered on separate forms.

Please note:
1. Refunds for optional events will NOT be made after Friday, January
29, 2010.
2. Your spouse is considered a guest and may attend the conference at
no charge, but must pay for any optional event tickets.
3. You must register before Friday, January 29, 2010 to receive the $40 pre-registration
rate; registrations received after that date will be charged the $60
on-site registration fee.
