ADVISORY: regarding HB 699 which included administrative changes to the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund, that allows the state an on-going option to appropriate up to the $200 million ceiling on a revolving basis, and requests that DPWICs continue making appointments to NRAC in anticipation of a fifth cycle of funding.
